Spice & Co. Design is committed to reducing any negative environmental impact associated with its business and operational practices.
We will achieve this by implementing strategies, technologies and working habits that minimise the waste of resources and demonstrate environmentally-sensitive innovations.
As a group we are committed to the continuous improvement of environmentally-sustainable work practices.
Our Principles
Spice & Co. Design is committed to the indoctrination of environmentally-friendly attitudes in its employees, aimed at the resolution of environmental problems and raising in clients and business partners an awareness of the need to move to a sustainable future.
Spice & Co. Design has adopted the following sustainability principles to guide our environmental objectives:
- Spice & Co. Design will strive to conduct its operations in an environmentally-sensitive manner, minimising waste and maximising efficiencies.
- Spice & Co. Design will strive to engage and collaborate with industry, government, clients and the community in environmental decisionmaking and project partnerships.
- Spice & Co. Design will strive to incorporate environmental-sustainability principles throughout all facets of the organisation and decisionmaking processes.
- Spice & Co. Design will formally review its sustainability principles every 6 months, and informally on an ongoing basis, via the company?s Environment Ambassador.
Our Commitment to Resource Conservation
- Consumption: Spice & Co. Design will strive to minimise the consumption of water, energy, materials and other resources in all areas, and to maximise reuse and recycling.
- Waste Disposal: Spice & Co. Design will strive to minimise waste and ensure disposals are safe and efficient.
- Green Partners: Spice & Co. Design will seek out and engage with professional business partners who can demonstrate a high degree of commitment to environmental sustainability and can demonstrate the use of technologies supporting the objectives of this Policy.
